                These release notes reflect how brilliantly our development team is shipping out solutions to some of your challenges – Online Sellers. It provides a clear path ahead with time savers and fixes.  A pesky issue has been resolved that had been causing slow site load at times. Keeping the online business community up-to-date on events is paramount to a great start of prosperity.

                For many BigSeller users, the last thing you want to do is deal with updates to your software – ERP System. In reality, it’s something that many of us put off as long as possible. After all, we handle a lot of work in a day, so why let a routine task interfere with important plans?

REGISTRATION/SIGN-UP: Enter the phonenumber & verify it with a code.
                                        - Users can choose to bind an email address.

**Previously client who registered with E-mail, can bind their phone number after logging in.






SIGN/LOG-IN: Can use either phone/Email + Password




PASSWORD RESET: When resetting the password, users can choose to verify via phone number/Email.









NEW FEATURE - INVENTORY QUERY (former Inventory List)

1. Check Product Information and Shelf – Search the shelf location based on the product, and use the shelf info to query the specific product.
2. Track Inventory Changes in Real-Time – Instantly check inventory status and total warehouse value.
3. Multiple Devices Available – Supports infrared scanner and mobile camera for easy operation.







[Notice] Remove MAP MERCHANT SKU from Product Page

Previously, the entrance to SKU mapping is relatively scattered, in order to improve your experience, we have removed the [Merchant SKU mapping] option in Product > Active page.

If you need to map Merchant SKU, you can go to INVENTORY > SKU Mapping > UNMAPPED PAGE > GENERATE MERCHANT SKU.
